MELBOURNE CUP
Taittinger champagne and canapés on arrival and a three-course shared banquet overlooking Rose Bay.
We’ll have the race live on screen, sweeps before the big one at 3pm, and prizes for Best Dressed Gent and Best Fascinator or Hat. Winners take home a bottle of champagne and a 15-minute scenic seaplane flight. So yes, the outfit definitely matters!

SUMMER MENU
Summer is about to land at Rose Bay, and so has our new Summer menu.
Tiger prawns with seafood sauce, burrata with heirloom tomato, Hiramasa kingfish with lemon tahini, and the grilled corn ribs with whipped ricotta that will quickly become your new fav dish to brag about.
Pair it with a spritz, a succulent white wine or our famous Sydney Brewery Beers on tap , and you’ve got the perfect Summer experience.

At Sydney Seaplanes Lounge, your ceremony doesn’t just look out at the harbour, it happens on it. Walk your aisle out along our jetty with Rose Bay open on both sides, and Sydney Harbour doing all the work a wedding stylist usually gets paid for.
